Merge
Our merge material is made with pure bamboo powder that is superior to fiber and 100% grade melamine. Its natural raw material color is a soft creme. Merge can be manufactured in any shape or size mold and tinted or decorated with any decal - you name it and we will design and make it.
Light, Medium or Heavy weight molds will be used:
Light weight molds are thinner yet maintain the same quality at an exceptional value. Typical weight ranges from 170 - 200 grams for a dinner plate.

Regular or medium weight molds make up the majority of our collections. Typical weight ranges from 250 - 300 grams for a dinner palate.
Heavy weight molds are at a premium weight and thickness that gives them the real look and dense feel of ceramic. Typical weight ranges from 340 - 500 grams for a dinner plate.
